电源纹波

百度百科定义如下：
纹波是由于直流稳定电源的电压波动而造成的一种现象，因为直流稳定电源一般是由交流电源经整流稳压等环节而形成的，这就不可避免地在直流稳定量中多少带有一些交流成份，这种叠加在直流稳定量上的交流分量就称之为纹波。纹波的成分较为复杂，它的形态一般为频率高于工频的类似正弦波的谐波，另一种则是宽度很窄的脉冲波。
纹波就是一个直流电压中的交流成分。直流电压本来应该是一个固定的值，但是很多时候它是通过交流电压整流、滤波后得来的，由于滤波不干净，就会有剩余的交流成分，即便如此，就是用电池供电也因负载的波动而产生波纹。事实上，即便是最好的基准电压源器件，其输出电压也是有波纹的。

危害

容易影响数字电路逻辑，造成电路不工作的问题
带来噪音干扰，让电路中其他模块工作不稳定

抑制方法

增加电容，把这种交流分量尽量旁路掉
一般来说，LDO的电源纹波比DCDC小，对纹波噪声较为敏感的电路推荐采用LDO单独供电
使用LC滤波
PCB layout时，滤波电容距离电源端和接地端尽可能近，DCDC layout设计需注意输入电容回路，输出电感电容回路尽可能短；模拟地和数字地用0Ω电阻隔开等；

纹波应尽可能减小，例如MCU的ADC外设，很容易受纹波的影响导致测量结果抖动较大；
实际测试，还有空载状态下的纹波，满载纹波，动态纹波等。

示波器测量方法

示波器设置如下：

耦合方式为交流耦合
限制带宽20MHz
使用示波器探头自带的测试短针，尽量使示波器接地回路小于1cm，减小其他干扰
探头衰减1X
此时测到的峰峰值即为电源纹波
